Guangdong Minqing Commerce was registered and established on December 9th, 2009, with the approval of Ministry of Civil Affairs in Minqing County, and obtained registration in Department Civil Affairs of Guangdong Province on January 28th ,2019.

The commerce was formed voluntarily by industrial and commercial elites who are from Fujian Province and currently have   investment in Guangdong province. As a non-profit organization with qualification of social association, the commerce is under administration of Guangdong association of industry and commerce, and approved to register by Minstry of Civil Affairs. Cheng Feng, CEO of Aosu Sports (Huizhou) Limited, was known as the first President of the Commerce.

On September 19th, 2020, Communist Party of China Guangdong Minqing Commercial committee was established, with 6 communist branches under administration, Yin Bangtao, CEO of Guangzhou Cehua Electronics Limited, was elected as the Party Secretary.

The Second Congress of Members was held on December 28th , 2016, Xu Yichai, CEO of Dongguan Boqi Industrial Limited was elected as the Presient; Zhang Jianhuang, CEO of Guangdong Rongbang Electrial Limited was elected as Chief Supervisor.

Nowadays, the group members and linking enterprises have reached more than 1,000, among which has 1 president and 1 chief supervisor, 7 Executive Presidential Units, 8 Deputy Presidential Units, 22 Standing Director Units, 26 Director Units, the members have covered many cities in Guangdong, like Guangzhou, Dongguan, Shenzhen, Foshan, Zhongshan, Huizhou, Zhaoqing, as well as Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions.

The enterprises of membership include products of luggage cases, ceramics, electronics, hardwares,plastics & rubbers, decorations, travelling hotels, entertainments, sport equipments, fire-fighting equipments, color printing & packaging, logistics, energy & machinery, fabrics & chemical, clocks, e-commerce, motor maintainance, clothing, real estate, taxi company, inport-export trading, etc. The headquater is set at Zhongtang Yaohong Building in Dongguan City.
